WORKING NOTES / NOT PUBLISHED

Things I
keep pulling apart.

Small studies from my own dashboards, client accounts and mistakes. Written down so they stop living only in my head.

each card ends in a decision, not a theory ↘

THE NOTE FILE

Watched it.
Noticed it. Changed it.

three lines per note, no more

NOTE / 01
Thumbnails / First lines / CuriosityWhy people click
WHAT I WATCHED
Thumbnails and opening lines on my own videos, side by side with the ones that flopped.
WHAT I NOTICED
A face and a question beat a logo and a statement. The decision happens before the first word.
WHAT I CHANGED
Every thumbnail now carries one unresolved question, and the first line repeats it in plainer words.
still testing ↘
NOTE / 02
Drop-off / Friction / HonestyWhy people don't click
WHAT I WATCHED
Where a viewer leaves — the second, the frame, the sentence.
WHAT I NOTICED
People leave when something feels like selling, and when a promise arrives late.
WHAT I CHANGED
Cut the warm-up. The thing worth saying is said inside the first ten seconds.
the useful failure
NOTE / 03
EdTech / Parents / StudentsWhat makes a learning brand feel trustworthy
WHAT I WATCHED
How students and parents talk about Bornomala in comments, messages and classrooms.
WHAT I NOTICED
Trust came from a teacher being recognisable, not from a polished brand.
WHAT I CHANGED
People, real names and plain language lead the brand. Graphics support them instead of replacing them.
bornomala / ongoing
NOTE / 04
Typography / Readability / SocialBangla type on a small screen
WHAT I WATCHED
Bangla posts made in the post maker, opened on cheap phones in daylight.
WHAT I NOTICED
Thin letterforms disappear at post size, and tight leading makes a paragraph look like a wall.
WHAT I CHANGED
Heavier weights, more space between lines, and fewer words per card than I thought was enough.
248 templates, one lesson
NOTE / 05
Funnels / Ads / ConversationsWhatsApp as a lead path
WHAT I WATCHED
Campaigns that ended in a WhatsApp conversation instead of a form.
WHAT I NOTICED
A short conversation converts better than a long form — but only when the first reply is fast and human.
WHAT I CHANGED
The ad, the first message and the follow-up are written as one script, not three separate tasks.
timedoor / tested
NOTE / 06
Process / Drafts / JudgementAI in the creative workflow
WHAT I WATCHED
Where AI saved hours and where it quietly made the work worse.
WHAT I NOTICED
It's excellent at the first draft and weak at taste. The judgement still has to be mine.
WHAT I CHANGED
Used for structure, summaries and variations — never for the final decision.
rules still forming

These are working notes, not studies.
